The Bongo family packed up their van and hit the road on the most EPIC American adventure ever — visiting all 50 United States to discover what makes each one totally unique and amazing! From the rocky lobster-filled coasts of Maine to the scorching red deserts of Arizona, from the swampy bayous of Louisiana to the icy glaciers of Alaska — every state has wild stories, incredible animals, and surprising history just waiting to be discovered. And the Bongos? They're on a mission to find every single one!

Dad Bongo
Dad Bongo is the master trip planner! He's always got a map in one hand, a snack in the other, and a dad joke ready to go at any moment. He LOVES digging into history — like did you know the first Thanksgiving wasn't actually in November? Dad does! He finds the coolest roadside attractions and the tastiest local diners in every single state.
Has 50 state magnets on the family road trip van — one from every state they've visited so far!
Mom Bongo
Mom Bongo is FEARLESS! She's the first one to try weird new foods (yes, even alligator jerky in Louisiana), the first to jump into a cold mountain lake, and the one who always finds the secret spots that aren't in any guidebook. She keeps a travel journal stuffed with drawings, ticket stubs, and pressed wildflowers from every state.
Can name every state capital AND their state birds — she once won a road trip trivia game in under 3 minutes!
Billy Bongo
Billy is the most curious kid you'll ever meet! He wants to know HOW everything works — how geysers shoot water 100 feet in the air, why the sky turns green before a tornado, and what hermit crabs dream about. He collects a rock or a leaf from every state and keeps them in labeled jars. His dream? Becoming a wildlife ranger and protecting animals everywhere!
Carries a lucky compass on every adventure — it once helped the family find a hidden waterfall in Tennessee!
Bella Bongo
Bella is the creative heart of the Bongo crew! She draws EVERYTHING — mountains, manatees, market stalls, and even the funny faces Dad makes when he tries spicy food. She writes little poems about each state and has named over 47 squirrels across their travels. Her sketchbook is her most prized possession, and she NEVER goes anywhere without it.
Named 47 squirrels across 34 states — her favorite was a chubby one in Georgia she called 'Peach Fuzz.'
